•How to Participate?

Opt in to receive Exeter Street Food emails about street food events by clicking on the link http://eepurl.com/dr5unH and going through to a MailChimp GDPR form.

•The prize:

One 70cl bottles of gin 1x Exeter Gin 1x Granny Garbutt’s Gin sent via royal mail upon receipt of ID confirmation.

•Competition Dates & Times

START: Friday 25th May 2018 at 4pm FINISH: Friday 29th June 2018 at 12pm

•Restrictions

Only one entry per person. All entries will be collected and collated by Exeter Street Food on 29/06/18. You will need to be over the age of 18.  If the winner does not come forward within 30 days of winner’s announcement then the prize will revert back to Exeter Street Food for another competition.

•How will the winner be notified?

Winners will be notified personally though any of the contact details provided, the prize will be valid for up to 30 days after the closing date.

•How is the winner decided?

The winner will be drawn blind from all the entries collected; the judge’s decision will be final. No entries will be retuned.

•Announcement of winner?

The winner will be announced on the comments section under the competition post and the person personal messaged. Only first names will be announced in order not to publish excessively personal information. Winners may be asked to participate in post promotion publicity; this is the choice of the winner. This competition is run in accordance with the CAP Code on prize promotions.

•PLEASE NOTE:

  • No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in the UK.

 

  • Exeter Street Food reserves the right to ask for evidence to verify the age and/or eligibility of an entrant at any time, and may withhold delivery of a prize until it has received such evidence from the winner. Failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

  • The winner must provide a UK address for delivery of the prize. The prize will not be delivered to any address outside the UK.
